I want to say how completely happy I am with the e-bike I bought for my son at Edencicli!

I brought my bike in about a month and a half ago for a problem I could not work out myself; even though the warranty had already expired they took the care and the patience to check it and fix it.

I wanted to thank Alessandra for her kindness and professionalism, and the two lads as well, who patiently explained everything to my son.

I had a great experience with Alessandra: she was genuinely kind and helpful. Even though it was closing time she stopped to listen and sorted the problem with my bike straight away.

We were just passing through and Alessandra helped us out! She literally got us home. Thank you for everything!

A really professional bike service centre. They give high-level advice and support without making you spend money for nothing, and they are very helpful.

I have been going there for a long time. Always precise, knowledgeable and friendly. A good choice of second-hand bikes in excellent condition.

Very professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful! I bought an e-bike from them and I am very happy with it! I absolutely recommend them!!!

A brake pad replacement that another bike shop called impossible and told me to do myself was done in no time at all. Exceptional courtesy and care for the customer.

Excellent service, real care for the customer, competitive prices on very good bikes. They guided me through the choice so I could understand what suited me best, and I tried and compared the bikes completely at my own pace.

Outstanding, nothing more to add, everything perfect, very kind and welcoming staff who are very professional at what they do.

The staff first of all: friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. My problem with an e-bike was sorted without any fuss. I recommend it to everyone. P.S. Alessandra is not the owner, do not be fooled 😉🤣 …

Always helpful, very courteous and knowledgeable.

A truly wonderful shop! What can I say, a little world of its own where the bike is at the centre thanks to the big hearts and the passion of the staff. Precise and punctual, very well equipped, for the pro and the amateur alike.

From hell to heaven. I bought a treadmill; it was delivered and I started using it, but right away it did not match what I had bought.

I stopped during a ride on my gravel bike with a gear problem; within three minutes they had taken the bike, looked at it, advised me and fixed the problem. I asked what I owed and they would not take anything.

In 2024 we bought two Lombardo electric bikes we are completely happy with; one was damaged in a fall this year and they repaired it free of charge. Excellent service.

We bought two bikes, a mountain bike and a town bike. Great attention and friendliness. Excellent value for money. They have a lovely big dog that comes to say hello as soon as you walk in. A great selection.
