RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind (right of withdrawal, Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005).
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Write to info@edenciclisrl.it or message us on WhatsApp (+39 331 7580507) giving your order number and the product.
2. Send the product back undamaged, unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of your notice, or bring it back to the shop in Legnano (MI) — this option is free.
3. Refund within 14 days of our receiving the return, to the same payment method.
CONDITIONS
• Return shipping is at the customer's expense (unless the product is wrong or faulty: in that case we pay).
• Products that are used, damaged or without their original packaging may lead to a reduced refund.
• Faulty products: covered by the 24-month legal warranty — contact us and our workshop will handle the inspection and the repair or replacement.
