TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. SELLER — EDENCICLI S.R.L., S.P. per Inveruno 224/226, 20025 Legnano (MI), Italy, VAT no. 08457740960, info@edenciclisrl.it, tel. +39 0331 411451.
2. SCOPE — These conditions govern the distance selling of the products offered on this site (bikes, accessories and spare parts) under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and Legislative Decree 70/2003.
3. PRICES — All prices are in Euro and include VAT. Any shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.
4. ORDERS — The contract is concluded with the order confirmation sent by e-mail. The Seller may refuse an order if the product becomes unavailable, in the event of an obvious pricing error or of irregularities; in that case any amount charged is refunded in full.
5. PAYMENTS — Through the methods shown at checkout (cards, PayPal and other schemes handled by the platform). Payment data is processed by the payment service providers to PCI-DSS standards.
6. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION — Shipping to the address given by the customer within the times shown at checkout, or free collection at the shop in Legnano (MI) by appointment. Bikes collected in the shop are handed over assembled, tested and with the bike fit done.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — The consumer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, by writing to info@edenciclisrl.it. The product must be returned undamaged, unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of that notice; return costs are at the customer's expense unless otherwise agreed. The refund is made within 14 days of our receiving the return, using the same payment method.
8. LEGAL WARRANTY — All products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity (art. 128 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code). If a product is faulty, contact our support: our in-house workshop handles inspections and repairs directly.
